L’Oréal Paris and Balmain Paris unveil their exclusive limited-release couture lipstick jewels.

After the launch of the couture matte lipstick collection, L’Oréal Paris and Balmain come back in force revealing what already looks like the epitome of their creative collaboration: an ultra-limited lipstick jewel edition.

The original collection, Balmain’s first beauty foray, comes in 12 awe-inspiring new shades of Color Riche from 3 Balmain tribes: Rock, Couture and Glamazone. This collection for all complexions was designed in the spirit of diversity and women’s empowerment with the rallying call: United We Are Invincible.

Now, Balmain’s singular jewelry craftsmanship meets the innovation and expertise of L’Oréal Paris in the creation of an entirely new and unprecedented beauty-fashion accessory: a L’Oréal Paris x Balmain lipstick necklace as the standout centerpiece of designer jewelry.

Giving the wearer an invincible attitude, the L’Oréal Paris x Balmain lipstick jewels are a true object of desire. Olivier Rousteing set out to capture the essence of Balmain, its opulence being in each bejewelled pack design: marbled green, edgy malachite or onyx black and the house symbols of gold tassels and gold-toned metal –a signature color shared with L’Oréal Paris.

L’Oréal Paris announces its exclusive makeup collaboration with Balmain Paris

Olivier Rousteing, creative director of Balmain Paris, brings Balmain’s rock goddess vision of beauty to a capsule lipstick collection designed for L’Oréal Paris.
The first collaboration between the luxury Parisian fashion house and the leading makeup brand will be revealed ahead of next Paris Fashion Week, for which L’Oréal Paris is Official Partner.
With L’Oréal Paris, Rousteing brings the raw creativity with which he has reinvented Balmain, from the Paris runways to his first ever beauty collection. The crossroads of high fashion and affordable beauty, the Balmain aesthetic reaches a new audience through the world’s most-loved lipstick: Color Riche. Under Rousteing’s creative direction, from colors to pack design to the ad campaign, the cult Color Riche lipstick is interpreted in three striking new color themes for a total of 12 new shades that will be available in selected L’Oréal Paris point of sales only.
A lipstick jewel edition showcasing the 3 star shades from the L’Oréal Paris x Balmain Paris collection will also be exclusively available at Balmain Paris stores and select retailers worldwide.
The L’Oréal Paris x Balmain Paris collection will go on sale in limited edition beginning of September 2017.
