A WORLD JOURNEY: FOUR CHEFS FROM FOUR CORNERS‏

 

L’11 e  il 12 novembre, presso l’Armani/Ristorante di Milano, al settimo piano di via Manzoni 31, si è svolta la prima sessione di una speciale esperienza che celebra il mondo della ristorazione nell’universo Armani: A WORLD JOURNEY: FOUR CHEFS FROM FOUR CORNERS.
I prossimi appuntamenti avranno luogo a Tokyo, Dubai e New York.

GIORGIO ARMANI HOSTS THE OFFICIAL PREMIERE & AFTER PARTY OF &A MOST VIOLENT YEAR 8 WITH OSCAR ISAAC AND JESSICA CHASTAIN‏

Giorgio Armani tonight presented the official premiere of the highly anticipated movie “A Most Violent Year” that took place in New York City, followed by an after party hosted by director J.C. Chandor, Oscar Isaac and Jessica Chastain at Armani / Ristorante on Fifth Avenue.
For the events, two-time Academy Award® nominee Chastain chose to wear a custom made Giorgio Armani gown, inspired by an Armani look that she wears in the movie for her character - Anna Morales.
Acclaimed actor Oscar Isaac, who plays her husband Abel Morales in the movie, chose to wear a Giorgio Armani suit for tonight’s events.
In his latest film collaboration, Giorgio Armani's signature style is front and center in the film, a searing crime drama set in New York City during the winter of 1981, statistically the most dangerous year in the city’s history.
For her role in the film, Chastain is attired exclusively in Giorgio Armani looks, including chic daytime sheath dresses, a strapless evening gown accessorized with an brilliantly encrusted beaded jacket, fluid crepe blouses and trouser ensembles, and a white stylish wrap trench coat with a bold belt detail. Chastain and esteemed costume designer Kasia Walicka-Maimone had traveled to Milan to visit the private, burgeoning Giorgio Armani archives. In addition to some contemporary looks clearly inspired by the 1980s, most of the pieces worn are well-preserved vintage garments from the same period.
"A Most Violent Year" opens December 31^st in the United States, and globally throughout January and February 2015.
