Winner of Best Artist, Best Song, and Biggest fan award Shawn Mendes wore an Emporio Armani midnight blue blazer with grey check and drawstring hem, with a black kimono evening shirt, a pair of classic black slim trousers, and black sneakers.
Singer-songwriter Skylar Grey wore an Emporio Armani wide leg black velvet jumpsuit with wrap around belt.
