The Lady Dior
The origin of this bag is linked to an icon of our time: Lady Diana. It was created in her honour in 1995 upon request of Madame Chirac
who wished to present it as a present to Lady Diana during her visit
for the opening of an exhibition at the Gran Palais in Paris. The
style features the signature details of the French maison: the Cannage
quilted pattern and the silver Dior charms.
Le origini di questa borsa sono legate ad un mito del nostro tempo: Lady
Diana. Fu creata in suo onore nel 1995 su richiesta di Madame Chirac
che voleva farne omaggio alla Principessa in occasione di una sua visita
per l’inaugurazione di una mostra al Gran Palais di Parigi. Il modello
interpreta i dettagli cari alla maison francese: il motivo a cannage e i
charms che riproducono il logo Dior.
